Can I ask why aren't the previous months thread closed/locked so people stop posting their and information doesn't get missed.

9/17/2011 - sent I-13

09/19/2011 - noa1 received

3/16/2012 - case sent to my local USCIS office for additional processing

4/21/2012 - AP. If we haven't heard from them in SIX MONTHS (omg) we can feel free to call them!!! Thanks!

9/20/2012 - Interview scheduled - October 3!!!!

10/3/2012 - Interview went well but she must look at his A-file more before decision.

10/12/2012 - I-130 APPROVED! APPROVED! APPROVED!

KIDS' CASES

04/20/2012: NOA107/20/2012: instead of an approval, we got thrown into AP. sigh

11/01/2012: Boys' I-130 interview set for November 28, 2012.

Woop Woop Kazuuuuulieeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee! my 6th month. Lets see NOA2 June 29th. Silly me thought USCIS would send my case to NVC. Ha no way. So July 30th I arrive so thats ummmm

Basically, ya miss nothing, when yer reading it.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

The NVC asked for W-2 2011 which my father has sent already, so he re-submitted again as well as emailed them.

I hope they dont ask me for any W-2's I sent the IRS transcripts for the last 3 years, dont see why they would need the W-2 also, I dont even have the 2010 and 2009, although I did send the 2011.

Hope your case closes soon.

I hope they dont ask for anything on the AOS or DS230, thank god I am well able to be the only sponsor.

OK - so he needs to go back to the DHL office and get the DHL tracking number, then email it to you. Pound Him till that happens.
Well you know with this Visa journey nothing seems to be easy (well at least for me):wacko: . Have tracking number, have contacted DHL. They admit yep its fallen off their radar and they are doing a "full investigatin" into the where abouts of said nevelope. Like are you kidding. Again. It is December 3rd. So I had to let hubbie know Baby if we hear nothing by friday we have to REDU Part III. This has got to be a record of redoing documents I bet.
