Unfortunately, you're probably going to get a checklist for the PCC (even though it's sent directly to the embassy). You'll need to call NVC at that point and tell them that according to their own site, that the PCCs for those in Israel are sent directly to the embassy. Your case will probably be put into supervisor review due to this and it'll get fixed out then. This is what happens in countries that have different PCC rules, like Israel.

I need all possible fingers crossed. I really need my passport by Tuesday so I can try to schedule a flight for Wednesday or Thursday. My husband took Friday off because we thought I'd be there by then. He never gets time off and if I am not there by then it's a wasted day for him and we won't have any time off together when I get there :(

Question about originals at NVC:

I am filing for my two boys. I know each of them needs their own set of forms but do I need two sets of original documents as well? 2 sets of my birth certificate, 2 sets or my marriage license, etc. Or can I send in one binder clip full of the first kid's forms and birth certificate and passport pics, one binder clip full of the second kid's forms and birth certificate and passport pics, and one binder clip full of my documents (my bc, dad's bc, marriage license, etc. for the both cases?

Also, I need to file 2 I-864s for them (correct???), but do I only pay one $88 fee?

Thanks

Packet 3 is for K1 visa applicants. Ignore it. Packet 4 is the interview letter.

You don't receive any packet on the medical. You have to download this yourself. Choose your 3 letter embassy code from the drop-down here: http://travel.state..../info_3739.html

Thanks Saylin!

As long as you give over both email addresses at NVC once a case number is assigned, then the DS-3032 is kind of a moot form as NVC then emails all correspondence, so it doesn't matter who is elected as agent.

I need an advice please from someone who knows taxes very well .. I applied for an ITIN number for my wife after submitting I-864 . Would this be a problem at all at the interview for her , i know CO may ask for my 2013 tax return if it was done by the interview time , so i don't know if i should contact IRS and ask them to cancel the whole thing or just leave it as it is ? Help appreciated . I already got case complete and waiting on interview date , most likely it will be in FEB , NVC said JAN is full . Thanks
