Got my interview date For 1/30.

NOA2 was 11/13 interview assigned 12/13, not bad.

I have a quick question, I've read all the guides but for some reason I'm not getting what the quickest way is when you reach the point where you send in the DS-3032. How do you know that you can send it? I know this is after you've gotten your case and IIN number, but how do you know that the DS-3032 has been generated? Do you have to wait for it to be generated or do you just send the email and pray that it's accepted? How do you know it's been accepted?

Also, AOS and IV invoices will not show up to be paid until the DS-3032 is accepted, right? Or am I understanding everything wrong?

The only way to know 100% if the DS-3032 was generated is when you receive it by email (if you give over both email addresses after the case number has been generated) from NVC. You can send it earlier though. I cover this question in the FAQ I wrote up, which you can find in the first post.

And the AOS and IV are two separate tracks. The DS-3032 is part of the IV track. So whether you send the DS-3032 or not, the AOS will be invoiced independently of that. Now, the IV bill on the other hand, is dependent upon the DS-3032 being sent in and accepted. Until then, no IV bill.

Just called NVC and found out that our case was completed on 12/12/12! Does anyone know how long it usually takes between the case being completed and the interview date being assigned at the Mumbai embassy?

So basically the fastest way to do this is to immediately send the DS 3032 email after you get case and IIN number, and you'll either get invoiced the IV bill which means it was accepted, or you'll get a rejection email?

I finally got my case completed yesterday!!!!!

But they told me my case is in line for an appointment but they didn't give me a time frame for that.

Does anybody know how long it probably would take to get my appointment settled?

If my embassy is Cuidad Juarez.

Like I said to a previous member, you need to do your own research on time frames from case complete to interview date scheduled as time frames differ by consulate/embassy. Interview approved on 12/12 - now going crazy waiting for my passport so I can schedule a flight for the next day.
