May I recommend Golden Arrow Shippers based in Lydbury North in deepest Shropshire? The cost to ship two dogs was just over £1000 but they arrange everything. They make the kennel to the correct specifications, do all the paperwork, have the dogs for three days at their boarding kennels before departure so they can get their vet checks etc. My little dogs were due to fly from Manchester on 29 November but American Airlines cancelled the flight due to aircraft problems. Golden Arrow then drove them to London (3/4 hours away) and put them on the next AA flight. The dogs arrived fit, well and happy in Chicago although we had to wait for an hour after the flight had landed before we were able to get them from the warehouse. When you move continents with your pets it is such a stressful time - especially if you have never done it before - that having someone help you who knows exactly what they are doing is well worth every penny that you pay. Oh by the way, Golden Arrow advised that it is not good for pets to take a connecting flight within America - much better to have them fly once to your nearest airport then pick them up from there by car.

I think they will ship them from any airport but I am not sure. I was in Shropshire at the time so it was convenient for me. If you give them a call you could see what they offer. You will find them on the web under Golden Arrow Shippers. Hope this helps.
