My mother wants to file 130 for my grandmother.When i called USCIS for what to be sent with I-130, i was told by 3 of 2 operatores that she also requires G-325A along with I-130 for parents as well.(law changed) i thought that was only for spouse only. Then i called again and third operator told me that it is not required to file G325A, any one has recently file I-130 for parents.?What should I do??Please help me out.

To the best of my knowledge, G-325A is not required for parents. You may want to read the I-130 instructions to see if there is/are any new changes.

I-130 Timeline with USCIS:

It took 92 days for I-130 to get approved from the filing date

NVC Process of I-130:

It took 78 days to complete the NVC process

Interview Process at The U.S. Embassy

Interview took 223 days from the I-130 filing date. Immigrant Visa was issued right after the interview
