As promised, here's my interview experience. Interview was scheduled for 9.30am, I arrived at 9am. The line was a bit long and slow, got to the 15th floor about 9.20am. Handed in my appointment letter

You know what's even more weird? Mine was delivered on Sunday! and after it shown notice left Did someone from USCIS pick up the mail on sunday?! Delivered DALLAS TX 75266

Any one who filled like me as 3 year based marriage send I 751 when you apply n 400? Why this form needed? Please :(

USCIS stage

sent i130 for my parents on april1, 2013

noa 1 on april 5, 2013

transferred from NBC to TSC on nov 18, 2013.

waiting waiting and hoping NO RFE.......

jan 31, 2014 NOA 2 ....

finally i 130 journey is approved ...

NVC stage

02/26/2014 nvc received my approved i130 from uscis

04/01/2014 case number and invoiced assigned

04/02/2014 AOS fee paid

04/04/2014 iv fee invoiced. not able to pay yet

04/06/2014 iv fee ok to pay, still in process

04/04/2014 AOS package sent via usps express mail. but weekends hummmmm

04/07/2014 AOS package arrived to NVC ( according to USPS tracking).

04/08/2014 officer lady from NVC said that my AOS packages are received .

04/09/2014 DS 260 completed. make some name mistake. hope it will not delay my case.

04/16/2006 IV package for parents are delivered to NVC ( according to USPS tracking).

04/21/2014 nice lady from NVC confirm that they received my IV package today. .

​04/24/2014 nice lady from NVC confirm that they already accepted my AOS packages for both parents...

05/06/2014 one gentleman told me my case was completed already. (L) (L) (L)

06/11/2014 interview for my parents.

10 year green card.

That form is used for removal of conditions if you have a 2 year green card and are applying for the 10 year green card. You shouldn't need it.

I got the yellow letter as well, since I went out of the country twice and I had a ticket (I didn't have my reading glasses) therefore I have to submit evidence.

The thing is that letter said to bring the documents because I was "arrested"... I was never arrested but I was cited to court.

I just have to go to the court office and ask for the copy of my case that it was resolved and that's it.

01/14/2013: Biometrics Appointment

10/18/2013: Placed in line for the interview

02/16/2013: Yellow letter received

02/19/2013: Interview letter received

03/25/2013: Placed in the oath scheduling que (time to wait for the oath ceremony date)

04/05/2013: Oath ceremony schedule and notice its on its way!!!!

04/10/2013: Received oath ceremony letter

I think it's generic information, but honestly you should bring the court letter either way.

I am browsing YouTube to get some idea of interview . Then I see one of the officer ask if my driver lincene has current adress. Then I check my driver lincene and it is way back to 2011 address. My interview is tomorrow and I can't do anything now . It is really bad ? :(;(

If I were you, I'd go to the DMV and get one immediately. Most of the times they give you a paperwork (while they mail you the new one) with the new address

I'm so disappointed, I know I have 90 days to wait from the time I was put inline for interview but it's been over a month now since I was put inline and I haven't received anything, not even a yellow letter. It seems like everyone else is being scheduled or getting a yellow letter. I've looked at the status of the applicants that filed on the same day as me and most of them have been scheduled for an interview. Just my luck.

04th Dec, 2012 - N-400 filed

12th Dec, 2012 - NOA Received

14th Dec, 2012 - Biometrics Letter Received

26th Dec, 2012 - Biometrics Completed

11th Jan, 2013 - Placed inline for Interview

07th Mar, 2013 - Scheduled for interview

16th Apr, 2013 - Interview Date

16th Apr, 2013- US Citizen (End of USCIS Journey)

lost in nj you re not alone dude. my status is like yours.. i sent my file 21 december 2012 and they received them 24 december 2012. they mailed notice about fingerprint on januarry 2 2013 and i m done biyometric 14 januarry 2013. since then.. i mean almost one month 5 days passed.. i did not received anything about inline for interview or interview schedule or interview letter by txt or e- mail or letter...so i m nervous very much:((
