Last time I checked YOU can't build a salmon wheel.

The Indians have citizinship right and rights to self-determination.

You putting your natives in camps up there? Didnt think so. Don't compare the indians to the Palestinians. This war you speak of is just property grab, pure and simple, and we need to quit pretending it's something else.

So what we know is that there isn't going to be any fantasy of going back to pre 1967 borders. It's called war. To the winners go the spoils. You don't see the US giving all the land back to the Indians do you? Also forget the notion of a Palestinian capital in Jerusalem. That isn't happening. Jerusalem will eventually be restored as the rightful capital of Israel as it should be. The West Bank and Gaza are going to continue to shrink. The next big rocket barrage is going to mark the end of the Hamas terror organization. The two state solution went down the tubes after several wars between Israel and it's Arab neighbors. You can't lose several wars to your opponent and then expect to get every thing back that you lost to said opponent. It doesn't work that way. Israel was nice enough to give the Sinai back to Egypt. That went above and beyond goodwill. They can make the Sinai the new Palestine.

Indian Reservations in the Continental United States

"I want to take this opportunity to mention how thankful I am for an Obama re-election. The choice was clear. We cannot live in a country that treats homosexuals and women as second class citizens. Homosexuals deserve all of the rights and benefits of marriage that heterosexuals receive. Women deserve to be treated with respect and their salaries should not depend on their gender, but their quality of work. I am also thankful that the great, progressive state of California once again voted for the correct President. America is moving forward, and the direction is a positive one."

So? Here's the difference sport. Hopefully even you can get this because I'll use small words and talk slow.

Indians are not barb-wired and walled onto these reservations. Any indian can live, work, go to school, and buy a house anywhere he / she wants to.

So they have their own property where they can live the way they wish and they have full rights to live anywhere else also.

Did you get that?

I wouldn't exactly call it ideal, because many America Indian reservations are pathetically poor, largely through mismanagement by the tribal governments, and historic neglect by the BIA. Some tribes fair better than others, however. Location is important, and for those tribes removed from their historic lands, and relocated on non-arable land, doubly so. And, heaven forbid someone actually discover something of worth on that land later.

No, as bad as the Europeans treated the inhabitants of the Americas, that is not an excuse for European Jewish refugees to treat the inhabitants of the Middle East in a similar manner.

Perhaps the deal for a right of return for Palestinian families should include a right of return for Jewish families to Iraq, Europe, and the FSU. I would be willing to give large parts of Georgia and Florida back to the Cherokee.

Lots. All that is a non issue once Israel gains control of it's historic borders once again. It will be Jews only with no Christians and Muslims to muddle up that country. Once Israel gets rid of those wingnut Hasidic (Orthodox Jews) it will be a clean sweep.

There are so many errors in this post.

Indians are not barb-wired and walled onto these reservations and we don't have, last time I checked LOL our military guarding their entrances and exits with checkpoints and randomly shooting any indian who pops off to them. Any indian can live, work, go to school, and buy a house anywhere he / she wants to.

So they have their own property where they can live the way they wish and they have full rights to live anywhere else also.

Did you get that? Reworded: Your comparison was so far off-base as to approach stupid

Like Jews, most Natives don't live in their homelands. BTW, there are two reservations in Alaska.

The genious left out Alaska (because he lives there) as he well knows that the natives not only do what they wish but also have their share of the "permanent fund" aka oil revenues.

Just added to my earlier comments since you pointed it out.

Reiterate my comment about stupid comparisons

Which ones compadre? Have you visited them? Coushatta is right down the road. With their casinos and other tax-free businesses. I dont see them suffering and the Coushatta indians dont live on the reservation property. They live down in Lake Charles.

Just callin' what I physically see dude

Would you like to educate me on Alaska natives? The same Alaska Natives who watched the US purchase Alaska from Russia? The Arabs fought Israel tooth and nail and they lost each and every time. Don't take a knife to a gun fight, and don't cry when you lose. To the victors go the spoils and the Jews were the victors.

Why dont you educate your breathless audience sport on how bad the natives have it up there. I'll just kick back and wait for this one to play out.

Were their homes bulldozed no

Were they given full US citizenship yes

Do they have rights above and beyond what non-natives can and cannot do up there yes

Do they get their wives and kids shot at no

So go ahead and educate us on this comparison dude

Tell me what part of this map down below is anyone but North American Natives entitled to. This should be good.

You want to take up for people who kill unarmed families and take their property fine. Down here in Texas if we want property we buy it fairly and if someone pulls up to take out our property or our neighbor's property we tag them.

We tag them because we believe we have a fundamental right to sit down in our home with our family and enjoy our property and we have a fundamental right to protect it.

The people in Gaza who are protecting their property and their families have a by-god right to do it. If you dont believe in that then declare yourself a commie or a fascist right here and join the list of those who every American who ever bled for those rights handed a beat-down to and get in the friggin line

Share one single square foot of that map a single north american native is prohibited from. This would be better.

We have several reservations and "Indian lands" close to where I live, and a sizable percentage of Native Americans living off the reservation in the area. They built a huge Indian health center just down the road in Santa Rosa. You should make a point to talk to a few of them in your area, and ask them what they think, and why they are not back on the reservation.

Even where they have built Indian casinos, and even if the reservation is close enough to a major population center, usually the tribal councils contract out to an outside firm to run the casino and the firm usually has to hire from outside the tribe to get the personnel to operate the casinos. The successful casinos within large population centers are owned by small bands with dubious Native American ancestry. And still, not all Indian tribes have those casinos, and even on the reservations that do, very little of that money usually makes its way to the tribal members.

I hear you.

Do they have the right to leave the reservation and live anywhere they wish or not? Are the reservation entrances and exits guarded by soldiers or not? Say they are and I will LOL

If you were around over 100 years ago, you would have seen that. Seems they had a hard time keeping Geronimo on the reservation, and there was that incident in South Dakota, something about Ghost Dancers. Maybe if the situation hasn't changed in another 100 years for the Palestinians, and neglect and despair and time changes their will to resist...
