does her mother work? because it would be better if both parents were the joint sponsors. he makes it over the poverty line for 3 people, but not by too much. the minimum is $23,862 and he makes 25K if both parents would be the joint sponsors, then her father would file the i864 and his wife the i864A.

your wife already filed the affidavit of support right? they are only requesting a joint sponsor. her father would file his one affidavit so your wife does not need to file anything.

THANKS FOR YOUR KIND REPLY

MY WIFE FATHER IS WORKING BUT MOTHER IS NOT WORKING AND MY WIFE ALREADY SUBMITTED HER I 864 AFFIDAVIT OF SUPPORT

SO ACCORDING TO MY SITUATION MY WIFE FATHER NEEDS TO FILL ONLY I 864 NOT I864A RIGHT
