Hi,

my case was approved on 8th November 2012, and calling NVC almost every day, even emailed them about the same.

But the response i got from them is your case has not been received yet and can take 30-45 days, hearing this is so depressing....

I am confused how come others are getting their cases at NVC in just 4-5 days. has any one faced this problem too, plz help me how soon its expected to hear from NVC now

Just keep calling them more than once a day at diferent times, that way you can speak to different people. also try calling late night hopefully they will be less busy and more patient to attend to you. My mom's file last year took more than 20 days b4 they said they had received it and I have people who even took more than a month. Meanwhile start gathering all other documents as you wait(if you haven't done so already).
