Thank you so much for your help!

For the AOS documents should I put my maiden name or married name? I entered on the K-1 Fiance visa and will have my name changed after the weekend.

Married name if that is what you have decided to use. Your marriage certificate is your proof of your legal name change. That is all USCIS needs to show your name change.

I used my married name for all my AOS paperwork because that's the name I want on my GC.
