Ours came at 245th day from NOA1, no RFEs. We did file a service request & contact the congressman (which I am not sure if they helped or not considering we already waited a great amount of time). Hang in there...

Hello everyone, I would like to share my experience so far during the process of filling I-129F for my fiancee. I mailed the form on Oct 15th 2012, received NOA1 on Oct23, that form has been sent to Vermont service centre. As I was/am still unable to locate the case number on USCIS website I tried to call them numerous times and everytime they transfered my call as they are unable to see the case either. So one fine day I spoke to this gentleman on phone and he said he does see my case and site data is not upto date always and that's an IT issue, so I asked him what's the current timeline for the approval of the the process and when I can expect to get NOA2 so he said its 7 to 71/2 months. Really ??? I was in assumption that it is from 5-6 months, has anyone of you come across through this situation ?

Looking forward to hear from individuals who are going the same situation as I am right now.

thanks :)

Ours took 411 days 13.5 months from the VSC ... NOA1 DATED 9/30/2011, NOA2 DATED 11/14/2012

Just called uscis and they told me to wait another 30 days and that vsc is still working on petitions of may 25th...

You'll probably get yours any day now. The customer service people have no idea what they are doing in vermont. I called earlier this week - Once on Monday and was told that the website said 5.6 months and they couldn't do a service request until Tuesday (Yes, the very next day); Next I called back on Tuesday and that is the day they updated the site to 5.2 months and they told me there was nothing they could do b/c as far as they knew they were working on 05/28 - even though it says 'As of October 30th' on the site.

Either way, I got my NOA2 today - 4 days shy of 6 months. Yesterday, I made a list of 100 EAC #s before mine and 100 after mine. I came up with 88 K1s.Yesterday about 30 of the 88 saw were either approved or got an RFE. Looked pretty obviously to be that they were working on 06/11.

AOS to K1

04/30/14 RECEIVED

05/15/14 ACCEPTED FINGERPRINT FEE

07/12/14 EAD/AP

08/13/14 NPIW

04/03/15 RFE FOR MEDICAL AND VACCINATION (I-693)

06/29/15 RFE DUE DATE

07/11/15 EAD/AP EXPIRATION
