OMG Claire how did you get it so quick I sent my off the week before you and I've still not got it.

I emailed them on Monday and I'm still waiting to hear back from them.

Did you ring them and hassle them? Any guidance would be much appreciated

6/05/06 - Mailed off the I29f

06/20/06 - Cheque cashed

7/07/06 - Still not received NOA1. Call CSC. They have input our address incorrectly. Give them the correct details. Also find out what our case number is from them so can check for touches!

07/13/06 - Receive RFE

07/26/06 - Email confirmation they have RFE

07/27/06 - Touched

08/23/07 - Call CSC to find out where NOA1 is and what date was on it. As it was sent to the wrong address it came back as undeliverable. They will not send it out again unless we send them a written request. However date was;

06/09/06 - NOA1

09/07/06 - NOA2 email confirmation

09/28/06 - NVC say they have sent details to US Embassy in London

12/09/06 - Sent back packet 3 recorded delivery

10/30/06 - Medical

11/06/06 - Interview confirmed 1st December!

01/17/07 - Wedding booked in Vegas

Did you specify your date of travel on form IV15 (the form you send back from packet 3)? My understanding is that they will schedule interviews according to date of travel where possible.

I also recieved packet 4 today, FYI my timeline is as follows:

09-OCT Packet 3 Recieved

09-OCT Packet 3 Response Sent

10-OCT Packet 3 Response Delivered to Embassy (according to Royal Mail)

19-OCT Medical

30-OCT Packet 3 Response Recieved (according to DoS)

03-NOV Packet 4 Recieved

06-DEC Interview Scheduled

I have no travel plans.

I didnt hassle them, but if you look at my time line I sent my forms off way back in April, so I am thinking they would prioritise my application as I have had a long delay.

I had a wedding date of December 1st and a travel date or 18th #November, so that may have also helped the situation.

Either way I am very pleased.

Congrats! The same thing happened to my hubby. I called the DOS to see if there was any progress and she informed me that his interview was in exactly one week. He passed with flying colors and I'm sure you will too!

August 31, 2009 Letter and Phone with Congressman's office

Sept. 3, 2009 Infopass

Sept. 4, 2009 New I-751 submitted with another fee

Sept. 25, 2009 I-797C NOA received with 1 year extention dated Sept. 14, 2009

Oct. 2, 2009 NOA2 Biometrics Letter Appointment received

Oct. 9, 2009 Biometrics

Oct. 12, 2009 Updated on USICS website

Jan. 12, 2010 RFE

Feb. 2, 2010 RFE Returned

Feb. 4, 2010[/b ]RFE Received by USCIS

Feb. 19, 2010 EMAIL, TEXT & WEB UPDATE! CARD PRODUCTION ORDERED! Hallelujah!

Feb. 22, 2010 Second Email and text stating card production ordered.

Feb. 24, 2010 Email and Text stating Approval notice mailed.

Feb. 25, 2010 Approval letter I-797C dated 2/19/2010 received.

Feb. 27, 2010 Green Card arrived!! Envelope postmarked 2/23

Still waiting for our cards...Had to file I-90 as they sent them to the wrong address.

March 9th, 2010, Received GC that has been lost in the mail for 10 months. Still waiting for my son's that is lost as well.

Filed Waiver for my son's 10 year GC and it was approved. He finally received his GC after its been missing for 2 years.

Thanking God this is over for 10 years.
