To me it seems like you got one of those "bogus RFEs" that they sent out just to postpone working on the case. We sent almost exactly the same stuff (except I did not include any pictures whatsoever)

Are you sure they got your rfe packet. It shouldnt really be taking this long. I would try to call and see as its been over six weeks since you replied to the rfe. And try to figure out if your packet

My husband got his biometrics appointment letter last night!! His appointment is set for January 8, 2013 in Philadelphia!! Last time he had to travel to Elizabeth, NJ so he is pleased to be able to go closer to our home this time around! :)

My husband got his biometrics appointment letter last night!! His appointment is set for January 8, 2013 in Philadelphia!! Last time he had to travel to Elizabeth, NJ so he is pleased to be able to go closer to our home this time around! :)

Where the hell do you guys live so that it makes it either Philly or Elizabeth?..

How come he wound up doing biometrics in Elizabeth the first time? blink.gif

Pretty much all Philly surrounding areas have to roll to the ACS center in Northeast Philly I thought.

Plus, not to be mean or anything, but your packet was delivered on 10th... and it's 14th.... sooooooo what's your problem with this timeline again? It's been only 4 days...

We used to live in New Jersey, but bought our home last year in PA! :)

Ah, got it. It's vice-versa for us... used to live in PA (Philly and later Philly suburb) now in Central (almost North) Jersey, so my wife's ACS center is in Elizabeth.

Not looking forward to driving there in the morning through the traffic and then trying to find parking for another 20 minutes, heh...
