To me it seems like you got one of those "bogus RFEs" that they sent out just to postpone working on the case. We sent almost exactly the same stuff (except I did not include any pictures whatsoever)

Are you sure they got your rfe packet. It shouldnt really be taking this long. I would try to call and see as its been over six weeks since you replied to the rfe. And try to figure out if your packet

I'm finishing up the packet this weekend and then mailing it out on Monday.. This wait is certainly going to be much easier than the K1 one.. :thumbs:

kamusta, I also sent my I-751 yesterday(December 10 2012) and we have the same filling location(USCIS Vermont Service Center)

Aug 19,2010 : mailed AOS and I-130 package.

Aug 24,2010 : AOS package received by USCIS

Aug 31,2010 : received text confirmation

Sept 4,2010 : received hard copy of NOA1 for AOS,EAD,AP

Sept 7,2010 : received biometrics letter. Scheduled for september 16.

Sept 16,2010 :Biometrics, successful

Sept 20,2010 : Touched

Oct 18, 2010: Card Production for EAD.

I don't know if I'm doing something wrong (it's been so long since I had to deal with all this!), but I went to USCIS.gov to check on my case status, and my receipt number cannot be found in their system. Is anybody having the same problem? Should I be worried?

I read my wife's NOA1 and it says that once Biometrics letter is received, THEN online status should be available...

Yeah, we have nothing for our case# online either.

I was wondering who we'd see around these parts.. I should've sent the package out today but didn't get a chance to run out to the Post Office. I'll probably be rolling through tomorrow.. Got all my papers in place.. Oh well..

Not as big of a rush this time around. Wife's here, working, etc.. Hurry up and wait 10 months. :rofl:
