To me it seems like you got one of those "bogus RFEs" that they sent out just to postpone working on the case. We sent almost exactly the same stuff (except I did not include any pictures whatsoever)

Are you sure they got your rfe packet. It shouldnt really be taking this long. I would try to call and see as its been over six weeks since you replied to the rfe. And try to figure out if your packet

I just got my NOA in the mail today, it was dated 3 Dec. Does anyone know how long it will take to receive the biometrics letter? I'm going out of town next week, and won't be home till Jan 7. Worried that I might miss the biometrics. Do they give you enough notice?

Well, I got my Biometrics letter 20 days after I got my NOA1 and the appointment was for 2 weeks later.. This was back in June

Woohoo! I just got my biometrics appointment letter. They set the date for 28 Dec, in the middle of the holidays, and I'm not going to be in town. So I'm going to try and do a walk-in later this week. Hopefully it works. If not, I'll have to reschedule. Do you guys have any tips on what to bring for the walk-in? I don't have air tickets or anything, we're just driving up to Michigan to visit family, and will be there for 2-3 weeks.

HI, WELL MY WINDOW WILL BE OPEN IN 15 DAYS, I WOULD LIKE TO SEE YOUR CHECKLIST GUYS AND A QUESTION...

MY HUSBAND AN I, MOVED INTO A NEW APT ON OCTOBER 15 SINCE THEN WE HAVE OUR LEASE, UTILITIES AND ONE MONTH OF CABLE BILLS....AND OTHER THINGS TOGETHER. IS THIS GONNA BE A PROBLEM?

Jul 2,2010 : married

Aug 19,2010 : mailed AOS and I-130 package.

Aug 24,2010 : AOS package received by USCIS

Aug 31,2010 : received text confirmation

Sept 4,2010 : received hard copy of NOA1 for AOS,EAD,AP

Sept 7,2010 : received biometrics letter. Scheduled for september 16.

Sept 16,2010 :Biometrics, successful

Sept 20,2010 : Touched

Oct 18, 2010: Card Production for EAD.

Send stuff from the old address. People in USCIS are not morons, they understand you can't have a lot of stuff from the new address if you had just moved there.

Also, please locate your Caps Lock button and press it until everything you type is in lower case.
