Hello there December 2012 filers.

The time to file for our Naturalization is approaching for us. My window of opportunity opens up in late November and i plan on applying on the day it opens. I have a big Euro-trip planned for next summer and i'd like to travel with my US passport to avoid having to apply for a visa.

Does anyone knows what is the processing time now for Naturalization?. My field office is Miami.

Is anyone here planning to apply as well?. I would like to again share our experiences like the last time!.

We are looking at 1 Dec 13 for starting the process for Olga's naturalization. Not sure how long it takes but I think it can be awhile ... 7 or 8 months ?????

Wow i was thinking more like 6 months. But oh well, it will be what it will be. Hopefully sooner thatn 8 months so i have time to get my passport for my Euro trip next summer.!

My window opens exactly on Nov 28, but being Thanksgiving weekend that weekend, i will send all my paper work on December 2. I will join your topic forum once it is created. Thanks!
