I didnt receive any email/text. Online status is the one that is changed. Should I be worried?

No. No worries. Sometimes they change the online status and dont send emails. Some other times they send emails but not change in the online status. It is a very flawed system they have. The thing is, you are approved. Just keep checking online status til you get a tracking number (2 or 3 business days for me).

We just received RFE today and we have tons of questions. We would really appreciate your help.

What other things can we send them? We have sent everything we had.
Bank accounts: we don't have a joint one since he had problems with his before. Anything to replace this?
Credit cards: he is an authorized user to two of mine but our statements only show my name? How do I get it to show both of ours?
Bills: since he has that problems in his credit history before I am the primary name in our bills. How do I get it to show both of our names on it.
How long is the typical waiting period after RFE has been submitted? We will be sending ours at CSC.

Sorry about your RFE. You might be just another victim like us. Send everything the time you filed till now, like: more phone bills, credit cards statements, anything which comes to mind. RFE will take almost 30 days (in most cases) and you will get your card within 7 days once your RFE is approved.
