OMG!!!!

I just got an email from USCIS that my card production was ordered!!!. Thank GOD!!.

Please someone update my timeline. The eamil says: on June 28, we ordered the production of your new card". I am so relieved and happy!.

Thanks to everyone here in these forums that have been on the same voyage with me. I will be so relieved when i have that card in my hands!.

Awesome dude!!! Friday is your LUCKY day...Party!

All: I called customer care and put up a service request. They said I will hear something within 14 days...Fingers crossed now!

11/22/12 = Filed I-751 to remove conditions

11/30/12 = Got NOA1 (I-797C)

12/23/12 = Got the bio-metrics done (USCIS Status: Pending)

To me it seems like you got one of those "bogus RFEs" that they sent out just to postpone working on the case. We sent almost exactly the same stuff (except I did not include any pictures whatsoever)

Are you sure they got your rfe packet. It shouldnt really be taking this long. I would try to call and see as its been over six weeks since you replied to the rfe. And try to figure out if your packet

New member asking for an assist updating the list. We tried quote and copy/paste with no success, so here's our info.

Filed 27 Dec VSC, NOA 31 Dec, biometrics 4 Feb 2013 (rescheduled to 12 Feb due to travel), RFE 25 May, RFE response 31 May, approved 25 Jun, approval letter recieved 28 Jun, card mailed 28 Jun, tracking card for USPS shows expected delivery 1 Jul.

I know how you feel!. I was there last week remember?. It took 5 weeks after we responded to our RFE to hear anything. No worries, you are next!.

I have not yet received the card or even an approval letter in the mail. Just that email last Friday saying they ordered the production of the card. i will breathe better when i actually have the card.!

Nope. I have not had any tracking number. I have been checking the USCIS website obsessively and still no tracking number. It only says : On June 28, we ordered the production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you...."

So I put up a service request on 28th June (Friday) and today I got an email from USCIS is this:

Your petition/application is still pending consideration. We regret that we are not able to give you a timeframe for when we will complete the review of your petition/application.

Jeeeeeezzzzz! What a bummer.

I think you jumped the gun. You were still under normal processing times. The 60 days were not up yet . Correct??.

Do not despair. I think that is just an email that they send everyone. Just a formality.

Yeah! I think I did. I wouldn't have once I heard that you got yours in your time frame. But what the hell! I hope I get something in this week as we are reaching holiday weekend (July 4th).

Yeah! I think I did. I wouldn't have once I heard that you got yours in your time frame. But what the hell! I hope I get something in this week as we are reaching holiday weekend (July 4th).

I check everyday... I am having this baby in august, i gues i'll have him without having any news of my status lol... We are in the same boat KLM9971 and am getting tired of waiting...

11/22/12 = Filed I-751 to remove conditions

11/30/12 = Got NOA1 (I-797C)

12/23/12 = Got the bio-metrics done (USCIS Status: Pending)

Waiting...
