Ours came in Nashua yesterday around midnight, departed Nashua today, who knows when, so I suppose that it will be delivered tomorrow. B-)

To me it seems like you got one of those "bogus RFEs" that they sent out just to postpone working on the case. We sent almost exactly the same stuff (except I did not include any pictures whatsoever)

Are you sure they got your rfe packet. It shouldnt really be taking this long. I would try to call and see as its been over six weeks since you replied to the rfe. And try to figure out if your packet

Got my NOA1 (I think that's what it is, right?)! My green card was extended for 1 year with the permission to travel, exactly 3 days before it expires. THANK GOODNESS! :dance:

Okay, enough with the euphoria.

In danger of sounding silly, my letter included this on the bottom section

"If you haven't done so already, please submit supporting documents such as a joint lease, tax returns, joint medical insurance, etc. and attach a copy of this letter" -- This is NOT an RFE, right? This is just a "Hey, we just have to mention this to everyone in this standardized letter even if you sent the best proof in the world, but if you haven't, don't forget to." Right? Sorry.

When is the Receipt Date on your NOA letter? You need that date for the list ;)

Received NOA-1 dated 03-Dec-2012. Seems like marykate and my wife are on exact same timelines hehe (even got GC on the same day and now filed on the same day!)

And she's from the Ukraine? I'm actually from Russia (I'm a Russian citizen, too) but I've been living in Germany for over ~15 years before moving here. Gosh, I need TWO country avatars.. LOL!

I sent in my package on 29 Nov to the California Service Center, it was received there on 3 Dec, and my check just got cashed on 5 Dec. Any idea when I'll receive my NOA? Nervous! Does the NOA contain the biometrics appointment date as well? I'm going to be out of town for a couple of weeks around Christmas and New Year, and I'm worried about missing my mail and/or appointment.

Hello Everyone,

Thanks for adding me to the VSC list.

I wanted to announce that i came home yesterday to find my NOA1 letter, (extension letter), which is great new for me!. Specially since i am traveling this coming week!.

It is dated 12/03/12.

I am seeing that all of us that filed our ROC on 11/30 in VCS got our NOA yesterday. YAY!

I must also add that i sent my package via USPS Express delivery, and it was signed by D Renaud, which i also saw signed for other packages here .

Well, i guess now i just feel a little bit more relaxed, since i did not wanna be having to walk around with an expired green card (expires in February) and just wait for my ACS letter for my biometrics. That is the easy part, the worse part for me will be the wait!!. I hate waiting!.
