To me it seems like you got one of those "bogus RFEs" that they sent out just to postpone working on the case. We sent almost exactly the same stuff (except I did not include any pictures whatsoever)

Are you sure they got your rfe packet. It shouldnt really be taking this long. I would try to call and see as its been over six weeks since you replied to the rfe. And try to figure out if your packet

For the rest of us that got RFE, good luck to all.

FYI, i have mailed my RFE response package today . Wish us luck!. I just really want to be done with all this.

Does anyone knows the time line for when you reply to a RFE?. The letter they sent me indicates that they review the documents within 15 days of receiving them.

For the rest of us that got RFE, good luck to all.

FYI, i have mailed my RFE response package today . Wish us luck!. I just really want to be done with all this.

Does anyone knows the time line for when you reply to a RFE?. The letter they sent me indicates that they review the documents within 15 days of receiving them.

Good Luck! I am sending my package tomorrow (Wednesday).

11/22/12 = Filed I-751 to remove conditions

11/30/12 = Got NOA1 (I-797C)

12/23/12 = Got the bio-metrics done (USCIS Status: Pending)

Waiting...

Congrats to all who received their green cards!

I have yet to hear anything from USCiS. I literally caught insomnia waiting to receive an email, text or to check the mailbox. Anxiety is taking over. Should I give them a call or continue waiting impatiently?

Jan. 10,2010 - Greencard APPROVED

Day 1: Dec. 15 - Mailed 1751 forms

Day 3: Dec. 17 - Confirmation of delivery

Day 7: Dec. 21 - NOA 1

Day 22: Jan. 5 - Biometrics scheduled for January 23, 2013

Day 170: June 5 - Approval on lifting conditions
