When can I start an e-request for my I-751? I know that you may make an inquiry for certain forms that are beyond posted processing times. Which processing time do I based my request - the national goal (6 months) or is it based on the CSC (7 months)?

Welcome to RFE world mate. No, you are not supposed to send what you have already submitted. My lawyer explicitly said that do not send. He told us to send whatever has renewed...Like Auto Insurance, Health Insurance, Rent Lease, Bills, Tax Return 2012, Phone Bills n all.

My bills are all under my name, but it shows the address. And my wife (US Citizen) started working, and now we are showing that she is taking care of 1-2 bills of the house. That shows that you are living like a couple/team per say

Yes thanks. I am sooo annoyed at this RFE. I don't know what else to send. Here is a list of what we sent before, tell me what you think:

- Copy of a Chase Credit card where i am the owner of account and husband is authorized user ( i sent copies of cards but not statements)

- Statements from Bank account from 2010 till December 2012.

- Triple A Membership cards showing both our names

- Copies for tax returns for years 2010 and 2011

- Copies of mortgage. (the propoerty was my husband's before we got married, but when he did a refinancing, we both have to sign the refi documents so i sent copies of that).

- Copies of Auto insurance for both of us

-Copies of Health insurance policies and cards

-Copies of DL for both

- Itineraries for trips and vacations we have taken together

-some photos.

In my opinion that is some substantial evidence that we share a life together. I am at a loss for what else to send them, since we cannot send documentation we already submitted.

The only thing i can think of is we bought a new car in January, in both our names, i ould send statements but that only goes far back as january.

We also changed our auto insurance policy to another carriesr and added the new car, but again that is new .

Copies of CC will not suffice. Statements matters.

Get 2012 Tax Return

I am an authorized user on a couple of my husbands credit cards and have been for a couple years, but those statements do not show my name on them. So not sure if those will help.

You can get letters from CC companies stating that you are an authorized user and have been one since XX-XX-XXX.

Also, pull credit reports for both of you (free) and it'll show who's the owner and who's the authorized user.

It'll also show the same address (hopefully).

AOS is nothing but just to let you stay in US for 2 years thats all.
