To me it seems like you got one of those "bogus RFEs" that they sent out just to postpone working on the case. We sent almost exactly the same stuff (except I did not include any pictures whatsoever)

Are you sure they got your rfe packet. It shouldnt really be taking this long. I would try to call and see as its been over six weeks since you replied to the rfe. And try to figure out if your packet

The same here! I just checked and our package was yesterday in NH, and it was supposed to be delivered on 5th in VT. What to say! :wacko:

We sent with a signature confirmation as well. Hope that the package will be there today, otherwise I'll start to be out of my mind. :blink:

The latest info: Depart USPS Sort Facility, December 06, 2012, NASHUA

I will let you know when it was delivered. It looks like the route to St. Albans is not so straight as i thought. :yes:

The funny thing is that the Expected Delivery Date on USPS site is still December 5, 2012. :bonk:

Hello guys, i am new here but have been watching threads for a while, since i started my AOS process.

I filed my ROC on November 30,2012 but received on December 1,2012 so i guess that makes me a December filer :)

I am happy to join the discussion. I have filed at VSC so i assume my wait is long. :(((

I wish it went fast as did my AOS process , which took 4 months total!!.

My green card expires 02/28/2013 and so i decided to file on the early side of things. We filed on November 30th, the day my 90 day window opened.

It was received in VSC on Dec 1, check cashed Dec 5.

Now i am just waiting for my NOA because i travel and my extension letter is very important to me.

Hope we can all go in this journey together.!

Hey guys, my packet is ready, don't have time to go to the post office so I'm thinking of sending it via UPS ground.

I went online but it's saying UPS does not ship on PO boxes? so my only option is usps huh? Thanks in advance :)

My husband and I just filed our joint I-751 on November 30, 2012 and just saw our check was cashed by the VSC yesterday! So I guess now it is time to wait for the NOA1 and hopefully this process won't be too long! Good luck to all the December filers!!
