Hubby had his bio appt today 1/24/2013 he was in and out in 15 min......now we wait.....

I also have a question hubby and I are thinking of filing married but separate on our taxes will that negatively affect us down the line when we file for citenzenship? FYI yes we are together and happily married.....

November 5, 2010 Interview 7am APPROVED!!!!!! (6months 4weeks 1day) THANK YOU LORD!!!!!

To me it seems like you got one of those "bogus RFEs" that they sent out just to postpone working on the case. We sent almost exactly the same stuff (except I did not include any pictures whatsoever)

Are you sure they got your rfe packet. It shouldnt really be taking this long. I would try to call and see as its been over six weeks since you replied to the rfe. And try to figure out if your packet

Had my biometrics appt this morning. It was scheduled for 9:00 AM but I got there around 8:35. I was the first one there. In and out in 10 minutes.

I was a bit nervous but it was quite easy. Only thing I neglected to bring that could have been important was marriage certificate (since I'm getting permanent card in my married name, not maiden name, as conditional one was,) but they accepted CA driver's license with married name.

Easy peasy.

What I am seeing for VSC is that they are mostly finished with April 2012 filers.

11/22/12 = Filed I-751 to remove conditions

11/30/12 = Got NOA1 (I-797C)

12/23/12 = Got the bio-metrics done (USCIS Status: Pending)

Some May approvals start to trickle in, which puts it at exactly where I thought we would be - about 10 month wait.

You are exactly right my brother. It such a pain to wait for like 10 months. I mean we will be filing our citizenship in coming November for god sakes. :lol:
