To me it seems like you got one of those "bogus RFEs" that they sent out just to postpone working on the case. We sent almost exactly the same stuff (except I did not include any pictures whatsoever)

Are you sure they got your rfe packet. It shouldnt really be taking this long. I would try to call and see as its been over six weeks since you replied to the rfe. And try to figure out if your packet

Hi,

I'm so excited, because in 30 days my ROC window is going to opengood.gif

I have prepared my checklist, only I need put together all my documents and send it.

however, I have a doubt, I don't know if my daughter (19 years old) needs to sign her form I-751 or must be my husband and I.

Joining in because the wait is unbearable for me anymore :unsure:

Our window opened back in September, but my husband and I couldn't file until... well... a few days ago. I finally sent everything on November 30th to Vermont, and the papers arrived the next day with signature proof of delivery. I'm so relieved, although now it's back to the waiting game. Ugh! My GC expires December 9th. I feel awful for filing so late and keep thinking they'll say I was too late because I was so close to the actual expiration. :wacko:

That's not my only concern though.... I hope it's okay to write this here, but I just need to get it off my chest. We had friends over a few weeks ago (it wasn't rowdy but there were a lot of people and some of which were friends of friends.. of friends) and the next day I saw that my GC was bent!!! I it was still readable and not broken, but just bent, so the bent part showed up "white" on the photo copy. We didn't have time to get a replacement and I really hope they won't give me a hard time for it. I feel awful and embarrassed... wish I wouldn't have kept it in my wallet like everyone told me to.

Sorry for the rant-y first post!
