if you are geographically close and are uneducated about firearms and would like to become comfortable with them, send me a note. if you are too far away then look for someone experienced in the field to teach you how to handle a gun, how to make it a tool that serves you, instead of a mystery and fear. just look around. shooters are like that. they are good people, and take newbies under wing all the time. join the club, instead of feeling like you can't belong.

racist liberals have been behind prohibition of CCW from the post civil war days. the first anti-CCW laws in American history date to this period in the southern states, and were specifically aimed at blacks.

almost every city in this country that has restrictive gun laws is predominantly or disproportionally black. DC, Baltimore, Philly, NY, Detroit, $hitcago, LA, you name it, disproportionally black, and almost impossible to get a CCW unless you are rich and politically connected.

That sounds reasonable. I assume the background checks are automated so there's no good reason to charge hundreds of dollars for each check. Unless the intent is to be punitive.

we should require a waiting period on the purchase of pots and pans, and then set up a board to decide which pots and pans can be sold. then we should deny purchase requests for additional pots and pans, especially if they want to buy, like, a whole set of them, or something...

opinions should be based on fact and reason. not on emotion. when a person speaks in public they should realise that they will be called on to rationalise their opinion, or let it fall by the wayside, with all the other rubbish produced in daily life.

as far as changing a country's belief system, well, we already have a political party that openly buys votes by promise of individual entitlement...this is how laws are made in any 3rd world $hithole. promise them "gas for they SUV", "obamaphones" and any other trinket it takes to get the power over the world's largest economy...obamaphones are a drop in the bucket, young friend. they are the smoke that enables the real "magic" to happen.
