I have applied for my husband in London. I was wondering what is the procedure to get police check certificates from Pakistan. My husband is here in London. Will he has to be present to obtain the police certificate?

Yes i think so ur fiance had to come to pakistan and get his police cerficate in person and i think it be better for him rather be he just doing it from london he had to go to the SSP office and get his police cerficate

Police records are available at no cost from the applicant's District Coordinating Office. They may take up to three months to obtain.

It will take only 2 to 3 days just need 2 pictures passport photo copy + ID card nothing else. And they will charge 1000 to 1500 PKR. I don't think so that u need to be present.
