sounds very much like an approval.

To verify, call USCIS hotline and check status via their automated thing or (your choice) getting a human.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

Thanks Darnell...you have been a great help to me now and in the past. Looks like someone fat fingered something. Maybe it was quitting time. I hope your opinion is correct!

Thanks again

I think there was a glitch in there system yesterday. I had the same status yesterday with this weird "NGLISH" and now the text went back to what it was before.

However I hope though that you are right and they are actually doing stuff. Wishful thinking on my end.

That happens often. It seems when some processing step occurs the status bounces back a forth a couple of times, it happened to us as well about the time they ordered card production. Don't get discouraged.

ya, was massive glitch in the system yesterday - truly you are lucky you could see anything..

I was suggesting that you call to inquire for status, with an ISO, as the ISO sees 'the real data', not just the same thing that you and a CSR can see. USUALLY the automated AVR/telephone system thingie has the current status, as well.

Does sound like you're getting really close though..

I haven't spoken with a CSR, used the AVR...Perhaps another call to a live person is in order

Thanks D

Normally the days required to respond to RFE last between 30 and 90 days. My husband and I also received RFE and we were asked to respond within 87 days. That's a must.

And we had interview in November this year.

It's very possible that you and your wife will have an interview sometime later if your response is reviewed and accepted.

Wish you guys good luck!

My wife and I were also required to respond within 87 days. We responded in approximately 3 weeks.
