Hi everyone!

-When filing the AOS, do you send it to the USCIS or NVC? I always get confused with those two.

-Who do I address the employment letter to?

-If I marry my fiance like a week or two after POE, do I need to start another I-184 (request new statements from the bank?) or can I use the same one from the interview?

Have you found the K-1 AOS guide and the whole forum devoted to that topic? Have you read the instructions for the I-485?

Please carefully read instructions for I-485.

Also, I-134 cannot be used on AOS stage, you will need to fill out I-864.
