I'm seriously hoping for 5+ weeks. My wife's PD is Oct28. As we get closer to the end of waiting, it seems harder to bear.

Also, an ADMIN or MODERATOR might want to merge this thread with the other F2A prediction thread... visiting 2 threads for the same info is dumb.

The other thread was started prior to you have started for Feb predictions. So technically you are the one that is mentioned below.

Hi everybody... Can someone help me? My wife got has her interview on January/24/2012, PD:sept/13/2010, I have a question, in the list of documents necessaries for the interview, the FINANCIAL EVINDENCE has the letter "Y", the NVC has received the document. My question is if is neccesary fill up again all forms about affidavit of support(I-864 form) for bring to interview or she has to bring just copy of the last Incomtaxes returns? Please can sombody help me?

No you do not need to bring a new I-864 form to the interview. Bring the 2011 Income Tax form and W2 of the Sponsor and Co-sponsor if you use one. But it is not need for a new affidavit.

Will the I-864 I submitted expire if my relative's interview is delayed for any reason?

No, the validity of the I-864, I-864 EZ, or I-864A is considered indefinite; beginning from the date the sponsor files it with the National Visa Center, the U.S. embassy or consulate.
