Freaking out! Case info incomplete????

As a matter of fact, I just checked my email and saw a new message notification, one from the USCIS!

I held my breaths for half a minute and then went to my mail box. Here's what I got:

*** DO NOT RESPOND TO THIS E-MAIL ***

Your password has been successfully reset.

Mine shows the same thing too.Incomplete status online & to call the toll free number.It worked all day until this evening but i'm expecting interview notice though.After doing a lot of google search, people said they got interview notices 2-3 days after this message so i'm keeping my fingers crossed.By the way, my other two applications worked just fine except for the I-485 status update.I Will wait till monday b4 i call.

April 2009-Divorced

April 2011-Filed I-360,I-485,I-765(filed few days b/4 divorce was 2yrs which would have made me ineligible)

May 24,2011-RFE(For good faith marriage & Good moral character)

Aug 19,2011-I-485 touched(correspondence from USCIS were returned)

Aug 24,2011 & Aug 26,2011-Attorney called USCIS

Sept 12,2011-Another RFE for I-693 & passports sent

Sept 19,2011-RFE for I-693 & Passport received

Oct 18,2011-I-360 touched(status changed to "Response to RFE review)

Oct 21,2011-Prima facie sent

Nov 1,2011-Prima facie recieved(Still no EAD or Biometrics done)

Dec 1,2011-I-485 touched(still no EAD or Biometrics)

Dec 12,2011-1-485 touched(Interview notice sent-worried cause i don't have the vawa approval yet)

Dec 15,2011-called USCIS about my case

Dec 19,2011-Attorney called to cancel interview b/c we are still waiting for Vawa approval notice

Jan 5th,2012-New EAC #s issued for I-765 & I-485 by VSC(Both were sent back to VSC)

Jan 8th,2012-Attorney faxed in Request to expedite my case

Jan 19,2012(I-485 & I-765 touched)

Jan 25,2012(Biometrics letter mailed)

Jan 26,2012(Biometrics letter received by attorney)

Feb 1,2012(Biometrics letter in hand)

Feb 6,2012(EAD card mailed by USCIS)

Feb 8,2012(Biometrics done,I-485 & I-765 touched,EAD delivered by USPS)

Feb 10,2012(EAD in hand,I-765 touched)

Jul 2,2012(Attorney called cos my case was out of processing time)

July 3,2012(VSC called Attorney back/sent out RFE 4 GFmarriage same day)

After checking several times, my ip was blocked as well.Checked google & a lot of people are having this problem today as of right now/blocked ips, probably a glitch in the system.

I think it had nothing to do with your case in particular, liveurlife. It was something with their whole system. My status jumped back to "Initial Review", as usual.

Your timeline looks really different, loveurlife. My understanding, from reading it, is you are already divorced from your USC spouse. And it also looks like you are waiting to adjust your status. Did I understand it right?

So we went from "Initial Review" for over 8 months, with transfers to CSC, to INCOMPLETE WITHIN CASE STATUS ONLINE.

What does this means?

I'm tired. :angry:

there must be a glitch in the system, hubby's status has changed back and forth today

Yes i freaked out too and called uscis when i saw something that made no sense...lol...it was a glitch in the system today but it seems fine now.

@NY BX....

be patient sweetie, i been in the system for over 2 yrs now and i see i am not getting any closer than when we started oct 29 2010. the cairo embassy CO sent us back to USCIS for review ad i am sitting here over 5 months waiting to hear something. they say i should get NOA by dec 19th so good luck. i feel you in this situation.

It seems to be a glitch for people with longer wait time. Could it mean that because you guys are past the 6 months average AOS window, your case information are incomplete from their end ?

I'm an August filer and I just checked np

06-04-2007 = TSC stamps postal return-receipt for I-129f.

06-11-2007 = NOA1 date (unknown to me).

07-20-2007 = Phoned Immigration Officer; got WAC#; where's NOA1?

09-25-2007 = Touch (first-ever).

09-28-2007 = NOA1, 23 days after their 45-day promise to send it (grrrr).

10-20 & 11-14-2007 = Phoned ImmOffs; "still pending."

12-11-2007 = 180 days; file is "between workstations, may be early Jan."; touches 12/11 & 12/12.

12-18-2007 = Call; file is with Division 9 ofcr. (bckgrnd check); e-prompt to shake it; touch.

12-19-2007 = NOA2 by e-mail & web, dated 12-18-07 (187 days; 201 per VJ); in mail 12/24/07.

01-09-2008 = File from USCIS to NVC, 1-4-08; NVC creates file, 1/15/08; to consulate 1/16/08.

01-23-2008 = Consulate gets file; outdated Packet 4 mailed to fiancee 1/27/08; rec'd 3/3/08.

04-29-2008 = Fiancee's 4-min. consular interview, 8:30 a.m.; much evidence brought but not allowed to be presented (consul: "More proof! Second interview! Bring your fiance!").

05-05-2008 = Infuriating $12 call to non-English-speaking consulate appointment-setter.

05-06-2008 = Better $12 call to English-speaker; "joint" interview date 6/30/08 (my selection).

06-30-2008 = Stokes Interrogations w/Ecuadorian (not USC); "wait 2 weeks; we'll mail her."

07-2008 = Daily calls to DOS: "currently processing"; 8/05 = Phoned consulate, got Section Chief; wrote him.

08-07-08 = E-mail from consulate, promising to issue visa "as soon as we get her passport" (on 8/12, per DHL).

08-27-08 = Phoned consulate (they "couldn't find" our file); visa DHL'd 8/28; in hand 9/1; through POE on 10/9 with NO hassles(!).
