Hey guys i need your advice, had never receive my Conditional GC,

it never catch up on us cause we have been moving three different address in one year due to husband;s job .

i did filed the i90 stating that i had never received it and it was denied they said they had mailed. It must have been lost somewhere in the mail. There was no fee for that moment though.

Now I am worried about it and i dont want to spend 450 dollar on the same year where i will have to spend another almost 600 for removal of condition..

What is the best thing to do? I do have the stamp on my passport that i had from the info pass appointment it will expire March. and i have to file the removal of condition in July.

HELP ME GUYS WHO HAS READ ANYTHING SIMILAR TO MY SITUATION????

File for a replacement asap with dollars, unless you have a front and back copy of the one you "lost/ missing".

In Arizona its hot hot hot.

did you had same situation as i did?

You will need a copy of the conditional green card inorder to do removal of conditions, there is no way around this.

did you lost yours too? can you tell me more what did you do to figure this out?thanks.

You still have to pay for a lost card with a police report. About the only free replacements are non delivered ( when they get the card back because the envelope says retturn to sender if non deliverable ) or if they make a mistake such as a typo. They already said it must have been delivered because it wasn't returned to them. Did you file your change of address each time you moved in the proper amount of time ? Your only hope of a free replacement would be if they mailed it to an old address after you reported moving.

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.

thanks for the response, what if i dont receive the card on the date when i have to file the removal of condition in about 6 months? I am hopin to go back there to and set my infopass the coming week and finalized my situation.

But never the less it does help to hear from people who been through my situation. I am guessing i have to pay it again. I never did receive and each time we move all the mail is forwarded to our new address what was weird was i received about 5 welcome letters. So i really dont know where the heck my card went.

I believe the green card is mailed with DO NOT FORWARD instructions. So you have to have the correct address on file with them and not rely on USPS forwarding. But as long as you kept them properly informed you should be ok.
