My stepchild turned 18 years old during her 2 year Conditional Residence period. Will we be able to include her in our I-751 Petition? If I understand the instructions properly, it appears that as long as she was a dependent minor at the time of recieving her Green Card, we will be able to include her in our petition. Please correct me if I am wrong. Thank you.

You case is similar as mine. My daughter is 19 years old, we'll file her own form and fees, because she came 6 months later than me, this according with the USCIS' guide. I think your stepdaughter is able to join in your file.
