Help with Affidavit of support

Hi everyone!

I filed our I-129F back when I was in the active military(May2012) but I left and join the reserves(June2012) and now I only have a part-time job(including being in the reserves).

My question is would the Embassy look at my job as unstable?

I checked the poverty guidelines and I have a household of 2(w/ my Fiancee); Though I make more than what they require, will this be a problem? I'm new to the job, got hired around Oct2012.

Also any general tips, we are currently waiting on our MNL number. Thanks in advance.

As a general rule, they only care about current income. If you make enough for a household of two, it should be alright. Keep in mind that it's always at the discretion of the consular officer, that will interview your fiancee, to decide.
