no i didn't call NVC maybe tommorow i will , hope to hear some good news soon , did they tell you that they will send you and interview e-mail or mail ?

What did you indicate in your Choice of Address and Agent (DS-3032) form?

If you put your email address there then you will receive I/L via email.

If you did not put an email address, but your petitioner's US address is indicated then most likely the I/L will be delivered via snail mail to the petitioner's US address.

others like you could have gotten an interview based on availability of interview slots at the embassy.. When was your case completed..? The NVC schedules interviews based on priority dates and case complete dates. This means if 5 cases (A-E) all have the same priority dates.. Cases D & E was completed first then interview dates wil be awarded to those cases because they were dck qualified first.

IF you believe your case was overlooked and that the embassy could have accommodated your case for an interview I suggest you contact the NVC/DOS to get this cleared. The NVC reports qualified cases for a visa # through the DOS .

How come your case is completed in Feb 15 2010 as your PD is Sept 24 2010. My PD is Oct 15 2010 and case completed in Aug 30 2011

Spouse Priority Date: 10/15/2010

Case Completed: 08/30/2011

Nice - i'm glad to know this. You have nothing to worry aBout as the IL will follow soon over the next few days & if not received u may wish to call them up to request it be resent.
