maybe that person has no clear date of priority and this put an approximate date, best good vibes for all our day soon

Yes this person didn't say his/her priority date is 2010-10-30. This is the date he got his no1 and exact prioriy may be 2 or 3 days after he sent his i130 application and he sent his application on 2010/ 10/19. It's mean 2010/ 10/21 is his or her priority date. Only my personal assumption.

Let's ask that person and get a confirmation. See, we have a couple of people with PD 4/5 Oct did not get ILs so it's quite possible that person with PD 28th Oct did not get it yet and the cut off date has reached to 1Nov2010..

That Jamaican person has got the IL and NVC mentions your PD on it so I'm sure he/she is not lying..just my 2 cents.

So what is the verdict for Feb , Oct 22 or Nov 1st ? It seems that either way I have to wait at least till April or May . I am getting really anxious, but spent the holidays with Hobby in Canada , which was great. Now I am hoping that he can visit me for Feb and March.

yep ..you are absolutely right...

i have seen the timeline and it clearly says that his NOA 1 date is 30th oct 2010 that means priority date must be somewhere around 21st oct 2010....so i dont think it will move further on the bases of this case....NOA 1 and priority date is different....NOA 1 is the date when uscis send you the notice 1 and priority date is when they open your documents at uscis office (for filing)..i hope this will clear..

http://www.visajourney.com/timeline/profile.php?id=131231. She has sent her I-130 on 19Oct2010..So I believe her PD is before 22Oct2010.. Bummer!!! so the revised cut off date is 22Oct2010.

Thank you Jamprincess, let us know as soon as you get any information from her. Take care!

Even I have asked her but haven't heard from her. But if you see my previous post with her timelines, it clearly says that she filed on 19Oct2010 so her PD should be before 22Oct2010.
