They are saying there will be 4-6 weeks movement...so we can expect from 22 Oct to Nov 15.

Average prediction Nov 1 is fine I guess.

That is what we all thought for january's vb but its not happening... I think it will be october 22 like what they doing for january' s vb.. hope everybody get their IL ver soon..

I agree with you. Before few months they said there will be movement up to 2.5 months but that never happened. In average there is 1 month movement these days.

All of those predictions by DOS Man Charles does not working. It is hard to predict when we have so many factors to factor in to.

4-5 weeks movement per month is still good- we dont want to hear the R word again.

4 to 5 week slow movement for now but we can't change anything. about Retro i don't think it will happen. because we didn't see any big jump to go back again.they moving very slowly and everyone getting visas on time if there is no some issues with case. Retro in my opinion impossible but slow movement is fact wich we able to see and its so painful and ridiculous. oppenh is BS eveytime whatever he says i don't believe his word anymore

4 weeks movement is normal movement. We can not say bad to it if we compare to other categories.

Let's talk about that STEM bill which is passed from the house. But its still not the law. It should be passed from Senate and approved by the President.

Do you guys think this bill will affect us if it becomes the law ?

It will help the GC holders.

But remember this bill does not pass in Senate because democrats favor a bill that includes illegals as well. Obama already opposed already because democrats playing vote bank politics. They wanted to include all illegals- you know what happened in recent elections.

So stay calm and dont hope for any positive news from Hill reg.immigration

Agree. This was passed by Republican-dominated House but will definitely be struck down by the Democrat-controlled Senate. This was opposed by President Obama as well because they think a comprehensive immigration reform is what they need.
