Because no movement wiil means retro. I will say retro is impossible now, then we need to see good forward movement not only 4 weeks every month. Some month i can understand, but every month 4 weeks you will become USC till your turn comes.lol anyway its good if you are happy with 4 weeks movement. Thats your choice be happy or no

That's only true for the worst case scenario (someone getting married right after getting a green card). That should be pretty rare, since if someone is planning on getting married and is going through the GC process, the lawyers should have told them to get married first. The average GC holder will be married halfway through the 5 year wait to get citizenship.

While I would love for the priority dates to move faster so that everyone is reunited sooner, given the current laws it's probably not feasible that the bulletin advances more than one month at a time over the long run.

I didn't understand the point of long text.sorry.

And some people are getting married when they already have green card for 3 years and until pd moving month to month they becoming USC.so

Hi Steve...No movement does not mean 'retro'. It is simply not moving forward and stays where it is.

so finally we get some news regarding ILs ...hope it will move further....if it moves atleast 1 month, i will be more than happy....

Yes, you will get it soon. Someone tell, how this IL distribution works? Why is this delay? is this based on local consulate availability/applications from country?? Any specific order they follow?
