Good news guys.

I just received the IL.

Priority date : 17 Oct 2010

Interview date : 20 Feb 2013

Cut of will be 22 oct 2010. Like always sending first to pd close to cut of and then back to others. Congres to you friend.

Hey,

I have a question regarding the IL.

These are some documents requested by NVC and the status is Y (The required document has been received)

1 - IMMIGRANT VISA APPLICATION PART 1 Y (The required document has been received)

1 - IMMIGRANT VISA APPLICATION PART 2 Y (The required document has been received)

3 - BIRTH CERTIFICATE O (O = The original document has been received and accepted as meeting post requirements)

The IL states that original documents must be brought at the interview.

What are the "IMMIGRANT VISA APPLICATION PART 1 and 2" documents and how come they are Y when I sent the original ones?

Don't worry about that. It says they have received the immigrant visa application part 1 & 2. Relax. Good luck at the interview.

12/19/2012: Became US citizen and request sent to upgrade from F2A to IR/1

01/13/2013: Case completed (again!!)

04/02/2013: Interview (Approved)
