I called NVC just now, they said they are processing cases applied prior to August 22,2010.

No interview scheduled yet. I dont know what is going on.

I mean we will ge IL before friday this week. It seems they are still working on August 22 2010 cases.

no, i mean she said we will publish next visa bulletin tomorrow.it is not weird because we have seen some months which they published vb before sending IL

Please stop this retro stuff. There wudn't be retrogression because it was captured in january visa bulletin of higher demand.Just chill and interview letters will role out.

Yes, they are correct in saying working on case filed before Ag 22, 2010. The PD for Dec is Aug 22, 2010. They can not officially say anything beyond because their phones are recorded.

If you would call then on Jan 02, 2013, NVc say they are working on cases filed before Sep 22, 2010 because PD for Jan 2013 is Sep 22, 2010.

Guys chill out and don't spread rumors until you know something for sure

I just want to give you some news. I just called nvc and ask a lady i want to know when will you publish next vb. and the nice lady told me tomorrow they will publish it.

Hope to see a big jump

Tomorrow The JANUARY visa bulletin will go into effect. That's the interpretation I got from what u said.

There are several holidays this time around we need to continue exercising patience..

Great News I am very happy that I am going to get my IL soon because my PD is October 15 2010, Thank You Load Jesus, Finally its my turn. Great news in the New Year.
