AOS FORM:

I've not filed AOS yet. But I am confused which one to use- I-864 or I-864 EZ.

I am using only my income to support, my spouse is the only person listed on I-130 and added my daughter in October.

In I-864EZ, Part 1 © says as "The sponsored immigrant is the only person immigrating based on the underlying visa petition". I am confused as my daughter is also immigrating with my spouse.

Appreciate your help guys.

Hi guys is there anyone who s interview will b scheduled in New Delhi ? I have a question as my interview wil b scheduled in New Delhi embassy but there is no medical examination center in Delhi .There r only some specific centers in Gujarat , Mumbai ,Kolkata ,Chennai, Hyderabad . I have to go all d way to Gujarat , anyone who went to Gujarat for medical exam .

must use simple form i864 because i864 ez ther is just one case no enough cases to add your daughter if u fill i864 ez u have to submitt new form i864.

so simple form i864 is the best one.

I just want to give you some news. I just called nvc and ask a lady i want to know when will you publish next vb. and the nice lady told me tomorrow they will publish it.

I doubt so, If they are going to publish visa bulletin tomorrow some one should get interview letter by now. Kind of scary to think about this, no movement fo this month??

We are waiting patiently now. I been checking my email back and forth. Will call them during lunch time.

I am sure they will send on January 02,2013.

No interview scheduled yet. I dont know what is going on.

I think that its still too early to scare ourselves.. they usually send out IL first week of the month.. December applicant just got lucky to get theirs the end of November.

Hoping to hear soon though. Its still in time range. Plus this month was so many Holidays and Snow weather at NH. They were closed due to weather.
