If you are going to call them they will tell you they still working on April filers. If you want to, give a call and try to talk to a supervisor and put a request. They should be able to do that. I would wait to do that until tomorrow though. Good luck

I applied on May 22nd and never heard anything from them too.

But I didn't call because someone else did and they said they couldn't put a service request because they were still working on April 18th filers.

thank you for your replies, but what is april fillers. and what's the request that i should place? what does it do?

thank you again for your help.

I filed on April 17 (CSC), and still haven't heard anything. I was able to initiate a service request, since they told me they were working on April 18 filers. If you call now, they are just going to tell you to wait, and they will not initiate a service request.

so how long would it take to receive a result if its not the 6 months timeline they mentioned on their website?

no one knows for sure. Look at me, it's been 7.5 months, and I'm still waiting. If I were you, I would give them a call after the 7-month mark. best of luck.
