CSC NOT APPROVING IN ORDER

Does anyone has an idea of how CSC is approving k1-- I see that some sep and oct filers are being approved-- I haven't seen anyone in August approved yet

those approved earlier are being expedited i guess.. sure for those october and november filers who got approved recently. but the one from september, i was wondering about that too...

It's roughly approved chronologically. Each adjudicators are assigned a bunch of cases. Some cases are faster to approve or some adjudicator may be faster than others, so it's not abnormal if you see some "younger" cases being approved before older ones.

But sometimes, some cases are approved way earlier (due to request to expedite for valid reasons, or just being very lucky), as some others are approved wayyy after some others who filed after them.

It doesn't make any sense sometimes, and it's better not to look to much at those data (unless you want to lose some hair or damage your health).

Being ready for the next steps is a better thing to do. The process is not finished once the petition is approved.
