You can get the vaccination anywhere, however you will have to have a civil surgeon update the information on the I-693. You can find one from the list on USCIS.

Is that mean I need to bring the I-693 form to the doctor reccommended by USCIS then? I had my first vaccination in Thailand, this is my second one.

Thanks a lot though :-)

This is the one I used. He has the form in his office. You can get the vaccine and the paperwork the same day. Make sure you give him your vaccine record because he's going to transfer the info from there to the supplemental form. Several civil surgeons that we've asked require you to have another physical exam with them, Dr. Berdakin doesn't.
