Hi everyone,

I am just in the process of starting my application. I am on my OPT on a Student F1 visa but just got married to my amazing man last week. I have been printing out all the forms I can find and have organized everything in little piles with instructions and application forms for everything, but I feel like every time I look though one form I find something new that I need to do/fill out.

Now I know soooo many more before me went through this whole process before me and so I figured SOMEONE must have a good structures checklist or content page or step-by-step instructions that will help me out??? :help:

What forms do I need? and what supporting documents?

It's so much to deal with on my own and I can not afford a lawyer right now.

Would be super grateful if someone could help me out!!!!

04/13/2008 - Officially became a couple

11/26/2012 - Married

12/27/2012 - Sent in AOS Package

01/04/2013 - Received NOA

02/06/2013 - Biometrics appointment

02/19/2013 - Received interview date

03/02/2013 - Online notice of Approved EAD

03/08/2013 - Received EAD card in mail

03/26/2013 - INTERVIEW (rescheduled)

Improved USCIS Form G-325A (Biographic Information)

Form field input font changed to allow entry of dates in the specified format and to provide more space for addresses and employment history. This is the 6/12/09 version of the form; the current version is 8/8/11, but previous versions are accepted per the USCIS forms page.

- Aug 31st, 2011 - Mailed I-129F package - May 29th, 2012 - Mailed AOS/EAD/AP package

- Apr 13th, 2012 - Visa received - Aug 24th, 2012 - Green Card received

ROC Timeline

- May 19th, 2014 - Mailed ROC package to CSC

- Aug 8th, 2014 - Green Card received

N-400 Timeline

- Dec 29th, 2021 - Filed online. Got notice that biometrics will be reused.

- Now waiting...
