if originally my native alphabet is Russian and does not have Roman letters?

I'm pretty sure USCIS expects U.S. citizen to use Roman alphabet on G-325A, no matter what their native alphabet was.

Your fiancee should write her name in Cyrillic alphabet in that field on her G-325A.

"If your native alphabet is in other than Roman letters..." key words being "other than". You should write your name in the Russian alphabet.

In my I-129F, i typed it in Russian letters, our lawyer told me that it was right to do, but if you an American citizen already then i'm not sure. Although if any of your papers like birth certficate is in Russian then i think it would be smart to write it in Russian as well

Make sure to put YOUR A# on the form and they can find your old immigration file and see what your name looks like in Russian. To my mind the native alphabet is the alphabet used by the country of your citizenship which in this case is the USA.
