My NOA1 is June 14th... As everyone else, I am tired of seeing, "Initial Review",... When I sopke to tier 2 and asked to put in a service request, they denied and said they no longer use the 5 month mark as a processing time.. She suggested I call back in 2 months... So I just wait and work all the extra hours I can...

Our I-129 : April 23 - October 18 at Vermont Service Center with no RFE's or snags. She already received her packet. I also live in Vermont and not sure if that helped or not.

Hang in there.

I am in the same boat! My NOA1 was on June 7th and no word yet. This long wait is killing me since I have not seen my fiance since April and I doubt I will be able to see him until the entire visa process is approved because of the cost of a plane ticket/ work conflicts (T-T)

My fiance is also from Costa Rica, and were filing with the Vermont Service Center. I have filed in late september... you can only imagine.. I recently got back from Costa Rica after almost 2 years of not seeing my fiance.. Its really hard, but keep me updated since we are both working with Costa Rica and Vermont ;)
