10.My citizenship was acquired through ( check one)

Birth, Naturalization, Parents and there are YES and NO to "Have you obtained a certificate of citizenship in your name?"

I have my Naturalization certificate, and there is no problem in understanding first part of the question. But "Have you obtained a certificate of citizenship in your name?" confuses me. Because I'm guessing it relates to Naturalization certificate. Correct?

And when I was getting my Crertificate the lady told me that I have to do name change, because my name Aleksey (that I have always used eveywhere!!) is spelled differently in translation of my Birth certificate. When they translated my name from Russian Birth Certificate they put something like Alexai - I don't know for sure. I never used that name. I didn't even know that it was spelled like this in my BirthCertificate. So technically I changed my name from Aleksey to Aleksey. :)

What sould I put YES or NO? I cannot provide them with correct spelling in Birth Certificate translation.

2013-07-19 - Medical In Moscow Completed

2013-07-19 - Case Number Assigned

2013-07-22 - Case In transit to Consular Section

2013-07-24 - Case is Ready for Interview

2013-08-06 - Letter of Invitation via email

2013-08-12 - Interview. APPROVED!

2013-08-19 - Visa Received
