Yippee. We are approved. My fiance had his interview in Dublin today. Everything went great (thanks to all the advice from y'all and info from this site), and he was issued the visa right then and there. We can finally move on to planning the wedding. I swear they should give you a complimentary bottle of Nice and Easy... I have noticed a growing number of grey hairs that I completely blame on the CSC. I hope that this was the hardest battle and everything goes smoothly from this point on. Of course, this is the government and I do not believe that "smoothly" is in their mission statement.

Thanks again for all the input and advice (not only to my own questions - reading the concerns of others and the advice given was just as helpful). Anybody got any advice about planning a wedding (in less than three months)? I am thinking Vegas...
