Has anyone applied for I-751(ROC) got their GC yet?

I don't have my biometric yet,and I'm getting nervous about it.

It's been 5 months now,I called the USCIS and I spoke to a gentleman who told me to wait for 15 days,he said if I don't get any mail from USCIS I have to give them a call again.

Strange.but my GC is expired,and have 1 year extension.

Question about Citizenship;

We are soon to be celebrating our 3 years of marriage,do I have to apply citizenship 90 days prior to our 3rd year anniversary;

or is it 90 days prior to my first GC 3rd year anniversary ?

What if I am eligible to apply for citizenship,but my ROC still pending,is it possible to apply for citizenship?

The reason I'm asking is because my passport is already expired,instead of applying a new 1 I rather just get a US passport and travel back with hubby

To see my family.

The citizenship filing window based on marriage to a USC opens 90 days prior to the 3rd anniversary of the date you became a permanent resident—not 3rd anniversary of marriage. Look at the "Resident Since" date on your GC and add 3 years.

Yes, it's possible. If your ROC is still pending (unlikely, but possible) they will expedite it once you have an N-400 pending.

Improved USCIS Form G-325A (Biographic Information)

Form field input font changed to allow entry of dates in the specified format and to provide more space for addresses and employment history. This is the 6/12/09 version of the form; the current version is 8/8/11, but previous versions are accepted per the USCIS forms page.

I don't want to scare you but, follow your biometrics. I heared about some people who missed their biometrics because the letter didn't come and USSCIS canceled their green card. Follow up. Don't travel either, so you don't put yourself in bad situation.

The citizenship you apply for 90 days before the third year from having the green card. I assume you got the green card on June 22, 2010, you applied for ROC on June 23, 2012, You can apply for citizenship on June23, 2013. Good luck

Wow that would suck. I hope they didnt lose the fingerprint cards for us as we filed from overseas about 8 months ago. I called the military helpline and they told me that they can't look up the case number from the first letter we got. It has to be from the fingerprint letter (which we will never see because we sent fingerprints with the package). It is so frustrating. I may have to call again in a couple of days.

Yes I called twice,unfortunately they can't find my case. They had to collect a lot of informations from me as they need to make an inside inquiry regarding my case. The gentleman I had spoken the last time gave me a confirmation number,and told me to wait for 15 days.
