Hi,

Good morning ( Good afternoon & Good evening as well.) I was just wondering how to re-enter in the United States with an expired conditional Greencard. I used to lived there for almost 3 years; and I left states 6 months before my greencard expire. I have been living now here in the Philippines for almost 2 years; and I was just wondering what do I need to do to re-enter in the U.S.? Do you think VWP will work for me to start a process? Your response will be appreciated.

If you are entering in order to immigrate, you probably need to determine your eligibility to immigrate first and then use the guides at the top to immigrate all over again.

If you are entering in order to visit, then you might be able to apply via the VWP program if your country is a part of that program.

You have effectively abandoned your resident status. You will need to reapply to get it back. Using visa waiver program or a non immigrant visa with intent to immigrate will earn you a lifetime ban and you will never be allowed back. How did you get your 2 year green card ?

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.
